Description of the startup

For SMEs in Hungary and the CEE region, who are not happy with their online marketing Briefly provides a platform to find and work with the best talents in planning and execution, to conduct effective campaigns. Unlike the freelancer platforms and agencies Briefly offers personalized, scalable service with total quality control and a pay-as-you-go model.

On the other side, freelancing can easily become a lonely lifestyle. With Briefly we create new opportunities and make freelancing sustainable by building community and having the talents work in flexibly changing teams.

What is your product/service?

The Briefly is a web application where clients can find freelance teams for their projects with a help of a Project lead. The process starts with the client brief. Our system finds the perfect project manager for the project based on his/her capacity, expertise and rating. The project lead set up the perfect team for the project and provides a quotation to the client. As soon as the client approves the quote, the implementation of the project starts. During the implementation of the project, the project lead is responsible for the smooth communication, quality
and deadlines. After the job is done, the client has to approve all the delivered materials, so we can authorize the instant payments to the freelancers minus the Briefly fee. And the process ends with a mutual evaluation of the cooperating parties.

What’s the biggest challenge you are facing at the moment?

Briefly BETA is on the market and we had several pilot projects already, but right now we need help with finalizing our go to market strategy and launch campaign strategy, because are just before the launch of the web application. And just after that we have to start planning our expansion strategy because in Q4 2021 we would like to start our expansion to Slovakia.
We need help to reach our next milestones, because there is lots of help regarding the business model canvas or the pitch deck, but now we have more complex and more specific problems which require help on a more personalised level.
