Description of the startup |
The main idea is to avoid the time-consuming and ineffective steps of finding an apartment to rent. The elimination of unwanted energy and time investment happens through the swiping interface, which serves as a kind of pre-filtration and thereby enables tenants to say goodbye to hundreds of unnecessary and unanswered emails and phone calls. The same benefit goes for the owners: they don’t have to read through lots of applications of weird strangers anymore. Speaking of weird strangers, a further feature of the app is the rating function, which gives you an option to avoid scammers and unreliable people. |

What is your product/service? |
Our product is a mobile application that connects future tenants with their perfect apartment and landlord through a tinder-like matchmaking process. HOMER basically converts the originally painful process of finding a new flat (or tenant) into a playful social experience, while keeping the whole process reliable and transparent. |

What’s the biggest challenge you are facing at the moment? |
We are currently looking for a developer or an IT-advisor, in order to ensure the required amount of IT knowledge in our team that is needed for the planning of the development. |
