Description of the startup

It’s a quick „money making” tool for SMEs helping them to sell their available office desks and capacities. The startup can help every SME to join in into the co-working business quickly and generate extra cashflow. The startup’s solution is the holy grail for the country side. Generally speaking, the coworking business was limited to big and medium sized cities so far. The startup’s solution helps SMEs from small cities or villages to quickly register, thus digitalize and join in into the co-working business.

What is your product/service?

Four core services are integrated into the platform so far:
1.) Helps SMEs to monetize their available office capacities on the coworking market.
2.) Provides Co-working opportunities for new companies, startups, freelancers or home office workers on a very affordable price in any region of any country.
3.) Can provide Mentoring by SMEs for startups and new enterpreneours
4.) Helps SMEs to invite freelancers and experts from different fields to co-work and cooperate with the them on a project basis.

What’s the biggest challenge you are facing at the moment?

We are an idea stage startup at the very end of the validation process. The implementation of the online platform is being planned with multiple shareholders.
We need to expand our investor relations and find the one who can support our mission on a short term in order to speed up the technical implementation.
